Chuck Roast Tacos

It’s winter. It’s official. It’s cold and there is snow. The nights are long and the days are short. Usually this means we want cozy food, but lately I’ve been thinking about how nice fresh fruits and veggies have been sounding. A taste of summer and sunshine, if you will. It can be a lot.   I would encourage all of us to slow down a bit and remember why we’re doing what we’re doing. Are we so caught up in the noise that we aren’t taking time to remember what it is we are really celebrating? I know many of us come from different perspectives and walks of life. So, I’m not going...
