It would seem that warmer weather is finally here to stay for the season. Here at Red Barn we are pretty excited as that means countless opportunities for grilling steaks, burgers, hotdogs, chicken, sausages, and more. It also means it’s time to break out the smokers and cook up a brisket. The options are many, and our coolers and freezers are well stocked.
We have been running specials on summer bundles. They don’t last long, so if you are interested, I would suggest calling ahead and monitoring the Facebook page. We post updates on there frequently. We also have our standard BBQ bundles that we can put together all year long. These are great options if you like variety and a bargain.
We are also running a summer CSA. We offer full shares or half shares. It will run for 12 weeks, and you will get product every week. You can choose from Beef, Pork, Chicken, and Eggs. Call the office if you have questions (315-376-9499).
We will be at four different markets this summer. Lyons Falls on Tuesdays, Clayton on Thursdays, Carthage on Fridays, and Lowville on Saturdays. We encourage you to order ahead and pick up your orders at these locations or at the shop. Due to the space limitations in our market trailer, we cannot provide as much variety as we can if you call the shop or order online.
If you’re looking for specific meat products and aren’t seeing them, please call the sales office or our main location. Chances are we can get it for you!
