Pricing includes standard roasts, steaks, chops, ground meat, and wrapping. Any special orders are an additional cost. About 100 pounds of hanging weight. Take home weight (without bones, fat, and organs) is 65-70% of hanging weight. If you would like to place an order through the website, it is fine to just pay for one pound and pay the rest at time of pick up.
